Our Organisation aims to support all childcare workers, and be an advocate providing information and assistance to all childcare workers both training and in the workplace

Our future aim is to establish a National Childcarer’s database and register for all qualified workers

That qualified workers have professional qualifications and have a formal work contact

We at Association Childcare Workers Ireland will be seeking further training and a pay scale for all childcare workers

To seek the implementation of a statutory minimum requirement of FETAC Level 5 for all childcare workers

To provide practical workshops and lectures relating to the holistic approach to education and care of the child
